Cleven Electrical has played a big part in the transformation of what was once a single house site to the 7 terraced houses it is today. We have been hands-on throughout the entire project, from builders temps, to mains, fibre and underground works. The detailed lighting and electrical designs for the interior, exterior and car park of Western Terraces is set to enhance every detail of this development. Each home also features a full security system, DATA hubs, heat pumps and EV chargers to future proof sustainable living.
