Captain Kai Moana is a New Zealand first with their innovative fleet of food truck boats! To keep each boat a-float Cleven Electrical has been tasked to carry out the complete electrical fit out including multiple cooking facilities, extraction, LED lighting and everything else requested by the Captain. With street food in high demand we were happy to jump aboard and have these boats turned around ready for their big launch!
